UK School to Offer IGlobal International Trade Certification Training throughout the United Kingdom

Phoenix, AZ (PRBuzz) November 3, 2010 -- The International Import-Export Institute (IIEI) at Dunlap-Stone University announced that the United Kingdom's Amaacon Centre for Management & Marketing (ACMM) is the first college in the UK to gain entry into the IIEI's Approved Provider program, which prepares students to sit for the international trade industry's entry-level certification: Certified Exporter(TM), a globally recognized and accepted credential. The school joins organizations around the world participating in the "One World, One Standard" international trade certification program.

As the latest organization to be granted Approved Provider status of the program, ACMM will offer students across the UK practical international trade training, preparing them for industry careers and to sit for the Certified Exporter(TM),(CE) examination. With over 1500 colleges, universities and training centers worldwide participating in the program, ACMM's students will be joining like minded peers preparing for trade related careers around the world. The practical skills ACMM's students learn will be effective tools in today's workforce.

To gain AP status, Amaacon Centre had to demonstrate their commitment to providing quality education and training.  As an AP, the school receives all necessary training and support materials to prepare their students to successfully pass the two-hour proctored CE® exam.

Whether in the People's Republic of China, Jordan, Nigeria, the U.S.A., Japan, Egypt, or any other exporting nation, a Certified Exporter(TM), is an individual who has demonstrated mastery of basic international trade skills and knowledge through rigorous training and a proctored examination. Individuals strive to meet this standard because a CE's expertise is recognized and needed by organizations seeking to increase their exports and reduce their trade risk. Consequently, the CE(TM), certification is valuable in obtaining and growing a career within the industry.

"We believe it is very important that everyone involved in international trade work from a single standard", said Dr. Donald Burton, President of Dunlap-Stone University.  "When all parties to an international trade transaction are CEs--working from its common lexicon, relying upon its clear definitions and best practices, errors are reduced, and communication is improved; trade is more profitable as shipments clear customs faster and getting-paid hassles are reduced. With growing acceptance worldwide, the CE program continually demonstrates that it is meeting an important need."
